Flexography Optimization & Sticker Project
This project focused on understanding how anilox volume (BCM), line screen (LPI), and substrate choice affect dot gain and overall print quality. The project was completed in two stages: a one-color learning process, followed by a two-color print.
Part 1: Learning the process
The first print was a one-color test to figure out how to create the flexo plates and run the press. This print served as a baseline for improving technique before moving to multi-color designs.
Part 2: Two Color print
The second print was about creating a multi-color design. This required precise registration between layers. Also using color optimization tests to get the best results for the finished product. The finished prints highlight both technical skill and design intent.
